Regis Philbin Longtime TV Host Dies At 88
Regis Philbin, the friendly anchor person and an apparatus of the little screen for a considerable length of time, has kicked the bucket at 88.
"We are profoundly disheartened to share that our adored Regis Philbin spent away the previous evening of common causes, one month short of his 89th birthday celebration," his family told NPR in an announcement.

"We thank his fans and admirers for their mind blowing support over his 60-year vocation and request protection as we grieve his misfortune."

Philbin started his TV profession as a NBC page for The Today around evening time Show during the 1950s.
